Professor Kim Ju-Hyung teaches construction management at the College of Engineering of Hanyang University. He received a B.A (1992) , an M.S. (1994) in Architectural Engineering from Hanyang University and a Ph.D. (2003) in Construction Management and Engineering from Reading University, UK, specializing in Client Briefing and Program Management.

He published several papers on SCI and SCI-E class international journals such as Computers and Structure, ASCE and JAABE. He has also published papers on leading domestic journals such as Journal of Korean Architectural Institute. Being admired the excellence of papers, he awarded The Outstanding Paper Award from Korea Institute of Construction and Management and Academic Award from Korean Architectural Institute.

Professor Kim has taught courses related to construction management and IT (Information Technology) in construction as well, especially BIM(Building Information Modeling). The BIM education initiated earlier than other universities in Korea and it has enhanced the competence of Department of Architectural Engineering, Hanyang University.

Several national or private funded research projects related to construction management have been conducted by Prof. Kim. In present, `Development of Intelligent Program Management System (07UrbanRenewal), where Prof. Kim is a chief researcher, is in progressing.
